Always goes “Offline” so that we can’t even use the app to open/close our garage

This app would be awesome with CarPlay support. Apple Watch app works but is flaky: It doesn’t work over LTE and I must force quit it if I’m logged out of the app on the phone. Constantly re-logging in to the app gets tiresome. It’s too fussy and irritating to replace your remote, but it’s a pretty decent backup method for getting into your house: at least you don’t have to get out in the rain and try to open a key box in the dark. And they don’t charge a subscription fee; I’m grateful for that.

New Update won’t let me sign in. Says it can’t connect to server and support line can’t seem to help at all. This is ridiculous. I want the red app back please. It worked fine.

Can’t connect half the time on the watch now. The redesign picked up some changes that broke the watch. Also charging $12/yr for an api to touch google assistant seems a bit petty. Maybe give it away?

Very simple app with easy setup to interface with garage door opener. MyQ is NOT overly complicated with useless features... allows me to open/close door from anywhere remotely, see the history, and set an automatic close time. Took me ten minutes to setup with network and garage door opener.

I read reviews about how it used to be a good app and feature before Liftmaster updated/changed apps. I sure hope they get back to that bc it’s been pointless ever since I’ve had it. I paid $50 for something that works 7% of the time, and all the other time it says “offline.” Even when it’s not “offline” it’s only a 50/50 chance it will actually open or close the gate.

So nice to have this feature and an app that consistently works. The only problem is how slow the app opens up.

One day it just stopped working, no one has the time to go in the garage in 101 degrees Dallas heat to debug the issue for an hour

Let me start by saying this app is really reliable and works well. Previously it was simple, you open the app and there was your garage door displayed either open or shut. Recently they made a change and now it shows the garage door shrunken and up to the left. The status is often wrong and you have to click on it to see the current status. Then, you hit open or close. What used to be simple, open the app and click, is now more involved. It still works but what was wrong with the old, simple version? This would definitely be 5 stars if not for that recent change.
