I never write review on apps, but this one is awful! I can log in on my computer just fine, but every time I try to login on the app it tells me there was a login failure and that my email/password are incorrect. I’ve double, triple, and quadruple checked and everything is correct. This app is useless!

I can’t tell you anything about what’s inside this app because I can’t even get into it! The login credentials I use on the website work just fine, but won’t let me in to the app.

Was working just fine and now it isn’t. I can get as far as checking out and then it crashes. Fix it so it works probably!!

I have always used the app but now that I have the iPhone XS Max when I try to open the app the screen is black.
Need A Good Nickname
I had to create two separate accounts for my kids which was very inconvenient. So I need to login into two separate accounts everytime I want to pay my kids account. Then one day it decides to not let me pay on my sons account anymore. It deleted my card info on the account and I cannot add a new card back to the account. I was happy when it worked but now it no longer allows me to pay for his lunch on my phone. Yes I can walk into the school and pay for his lunch but this app should make it so I don’t have to. Oh well.

I need to refill my child’s lunch account at school, but I need to update my cc# first & the app keeps giving me an error message when I try. Very frustrating...please fix.

It works great as far as being able to add money to kids accounts. I hate that the alerts haven’t worked in about a year, so unless I’m checking it frequently, I’m not being notified of low funds.

This app is basic. It doesn’t need anything more. No fancy settings, no options to upload random things. It’s Just plain simplicity. Adding money to my kids accounts is a breeze. Thank you for this being ‘simple’ in a world that’s geared to be complicated with how we run apps.
