Flat out doesn’t work

Worked great the past 2years. Kids started school this year and it wouldn’t let me sign in. So I tried making a new account with a new email. Got signed in but then wouldn’t accept my kids student numbers. Then all of a sudden I somehow got signed into the old account but it wouldn’t show me kids balance info or option to pay. Tried again a week later and AGAIN would t let me sign in. Now I can’t sign into EITHER account. Worthless this year. Uninstalled.

Not able to login

It appears Im not the only one to have this problem, but the app says there is a problem with my login info. I have double checked that my info is correct by logging into the website, but the app still declines me. I have tried to contact the “help service” but no luck there either.

I’m trying to add a second student, on the websites FAQ it says to go to “manage settings” there isn't anything on my app that says that. Then I tried to use the FAQ on the app, it’s empty, not a single word in that category.

Every time I hit submit to make a payment the app crashes. This has happened every time since I downloaded it a couple months ago.


Can’t load money into account

Like others here, I can’t load any money into the account without the app crashing. That’s kind of an important feature....

App has a great interface, easy to use- in theory should work great. Continues to crash when I try to add a payment method (both credit card or bank account) and redirects to sign in again. Since I couldn’t add funds via the app- went online and noticed the app selections for notifications aren’t synced with the account online.


Poorly designed!

The idea and concept is great but little work needs to be put in to make this app better: let’s start with the fact the “Contact Us” link populates a blank screen. How can customers be charged a 4.75% fee for something that doesn’t fully function.


What happened to Other Payment options?

All I can see on the app is my son’s cafeteria balance. There is no option for paying other school fees.
