Ridiculously bad experience using this app, actually even website is a mess.

Well that explains the bad ratings...the app won’t log me in. But when I go to the site it does so it’s not my login information. Needs work.

Being forced to use this app because the website does not work well with Safari at all. If this app was optional, then I would be fine having to deal with it. But my kids not having lunch money today because the app is a piece of garbage that blows away upon checkout 50% of the time, the wallet is hard to manage, and sometimes the payment does not go through even with a confirmation number, it is frustrating beyond belief. Rant over.

App is even less functional than the website

Deserves zero stars. Very pretty but does not work. I can log in and see my three kids, but can’t view balances because the app doesn’t think they have active accounts. The website is just as bad; slow and either loads a blank page or hangs. The only way to get any functionality is to use the computer and choose to go back to the “classic” site (not an option on the app or phone’s browser). Just awful. The school now warns parents that payments submitted through this company can take a week or more to be credited to the student’s lunch account. I guess in the meantime your kid can just go hungry.

Modern and functional. Great improvement over the old version. Everything is clean and easy to use. Looking forward to seeing more features soon.

Wow, this update is horrendous. Who okayed this, looks terrible, is not an app friendly layout. Change it back, immediately. Unusable right now.

The app WORKED fine before, and didn’t look like an amateur high school project. Put the app back the way it was please.

Bring back the old app!!

This “new look” has made the app extremely slow and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add funds to my kids’ accounts. I am able to only see what their balance is—but can’t add to it. Fix it please!! And I will change my rating.

I actually preferred the old look of the app. It was easier to navigate and looked just fine the way it was. But I’m sure I’ll get used to the new look soon enough. Overall, I really like this option to add funds to my students lunch accounts.

Panda is bad

This app did work well for me until I updated. It’s completely useless now. It shows me a school district we have been out of for almost 8 or 9 years. You can’t delete it. I can’t even see the current school district. It has my students under the current school district but no way to pull it up. I can’t view anything. I add money 100% from the app and pay the fee and now I can’t.
