Frequent Crashes

I’ve had the app a few years now, and my biggest frustration is the frequent crash issue. I manage the lunch accounts for both my kids through the app. I’ll add money to one kid’s account, and it works. I’ll go to add money to the other kid’s account, and it just crashes repeatedly. Wish they would fix that particular bug.

1. It will not let me pay from my checking account that I added. It only lets me pay from a credit card. Of course, there is a convenience fee associated with using that option. 2. I clicked on the “contact us” section on the app... Guess what? It’s a blank page. Shaking my head. I am going to delete the app and send a check to school.

I used to love this app, so convenient. Now, I never can add funds to my sons account. I always have to send cash and HOPE my son doesn’t lose it. I’m not sure what’s going on, but I hope it gets fixed soon!

Missing items to add money to

The app would be great if all of your “items” were available. For e.g., after school care. I only get “Meals” and “General”.

I’ve emailed them multiple times over the last few months regarding my children’s accounts and have yet to receive one response in return. Website is glitchy. If you click on the hyperlink for customer service to email you, the entire webpage disappears. It’s a good thing I can do research and find contact info, although they keep it pretty well hidden. Still, no response. I would advise not putting a large sum of money on your kids’ accounts because if there’s a problem, you can’t reach anyone to fix it.

App always crashes when I want to add funds. Go to website and the student account won’t load so I can add funds. What garbage.

It keeps saying my login information is incorrect but works on the computer. Complete waste of an app!
