Problems off the bat

Created a username and password on the website. Found out there was an app. Yay! I love apps better! Downloaded the app, entered username and password. Errors out every attempt to login and then refers me back to the website. :-/
Unable to log in

The same as many others have said, I am unable to log in on the app. I use the exact same login info as I do on the website and am told I have an invalid username/password, yet have zero issues on the website. I have consulted their “customer service chat” several times, and they have told me to reset my password, that the app may be having a glitch, or that I need to create a new acct. I created a new account with my husbands information and am still unable to log in. If I could actually use it, maybe I could issue a proper rating on the functionality of the actual app.
"Ok" but quiet limited

This app is "fair" but any app that can't complete all necessary activities, such as setting up auto payments when a low balance is reached, needs updating. Also.... Why have a FAQ section that has nothing in it? SMH

I am unable to log in. I have been able to previously log in on the app, but I no longer am able to. I know for sure I m logging with the correct email.

This app is full of glitches. I wish my kid’s school would stop using it so I wouldn’t have to.

App does not work. At all. Complete waste of time. Would give zero stars if possible. Fix your app.
Can’t even log in

I’ve tried repeatedly over the last almost two years to use this app. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it a number of times. And EVERY TIME I try to log in it tells me my log in is invalid. Which is frustrating because my login works just fine online. I’ve even called the company to get help and they don’t know anything about it. Such a huge inconvenience.

This app is terrible. Every time I try to log on it makes me change my password. Also, needs Touch ID or something. It’s annoying that you can only do lunch money payments in the app also instead of the other fees.
