Don't be fooled by the low rating

If I could give this a rating of 10 stars I would. After reading the comments I think that people are rating this low because they don't like having to use the service to pay for their kids lunch. That is a separate issue. I've has issues with the online version as well. That being said, this app makes the process sooo much easier. The process using the app is flawless!!! GREAT APP??
App not working!

I can log in see purchase history just fine, but it won't let me see balances or add money to the accounts! Fix this please!!!

The app worked flawlessly for me for three years. Now all of a sudden I get an error message that my username and/or password are incorrect. Nevermind that I had the app save the info on my phone. Nevermind that I logged into my account on the computer with no issues regarding username and password. I tried uninstalling and then installing the app to no avail. Very frustrating.

This latest update crashes every time I try to make a payment. It work great last year.

This app used to be great and suddenly, it closes out constantly and won't allow sign-ins, so frustrating.

I'm sure this app would be great... if I was able to log in. I have tried multiple times to no avail. Guess I'll have to keep going to the website.

For the past couple of days this app has been crashing. It tells my sorry trouble logging in or it goes black when I click on the app. Please get this fixed I've used this app for years now with all my children and it's just recently that I'm having issues with it. Please fixe these issues!

Their system needs sooooo much work. I constantly have problems with this app and the online account. The app will show that my kids bought lunch but won't update the balance on the home screen. Even after deleting and reinstalling the app still doesn't work.
