Unable to work as is intended

Can’t save nothing on my wallet. Can’t save my profile. App is a disaster. The interface needs work, you have to be able to put features that work. I am concerned about my security as well. If you can’t make simple things to work, I don’t want to think the way you guys are messing up securing my data.
Can’t login

I have downloaded and deleted the app twice. I know my password is correct because I can login with it on a computer. Every time I tried on the app it says my email or password is invalid. ANNOYED!!!!!!

I downloaded the app and it only shows one of my children and doesn’t show the balance. I can not add a student or view my daughters balance. The website also will not let me add a student. I was really hoping to find the website and app useful. Bummer

Not user friendly at all! Always seems to have a glitch and takes multiple attempts just to update info.

My profile has deleted my children. When you use FAQ nothing works. There has not been an update in 2 years. App doesn’t work at all

The app and the web are not working. I cannot refill the account. It’s been a few weeks and is not fixed yet. Very disappointed.
Crash attempting to check out

The app hasn’t been updated for some time and it shows. When I attempt to check out with additional funds in my child’s account the app crashes without completing the transaction. All convenience lost. I would recommend a refresh to bring it up to date and better error checking for situations when it can’t complete a transaction instead of crashing. It turns out the website is more forthcoming with error messages.

I keep getting email stating that my daughters account is out of money but when I go to the app it shows that she has money in account and won’t show her purchases and the email won’t work to contact them

This used to be an easy way to add money to my kids’ lunch account. Used it the passed four years. Now it closes every-time I try and process payment. Guess they never got it updated and now iPhones just can’t function well with it. Bummer.
