My school uses this platform for activity payments, not cafeteria. But, the app doesn’t even support that. The app is of no use.

Since school started back this app has not worked correctly at all. It shows a balance that isn’t correct according to my children’s school. I use to be able to track their lunch purchases but now it says no purchases made. It’s useless. I’ll be deleting this app and just send in money to the school. It’s really too bad. I use to use this app all the time.

I’ve tried for 5 days now to add additional children my son said the child never ate due to no money and it hasn’t let me add her to my children’s payment log. Very upset with this app n how not user friendly it is. Worst app n a waste of space on your phone. ?

Would be fabulous if we all could rate in the negatives...I have tried and tried to add a payment method!!! Says it’s saved and then the information is gone like I never added one... same trash app from last school year and the year before. Who developed this trash app? 1.7stars is embarrassing for any company. This has persisted for 2+years without a care from the company. Deleting this trash and writing a good ole fashion check. I’m concerned where my payment information has gone... into the great abyss of a company that can’t fix an app on over 2yrs that I know of... is my information even secure!

Can’t figure out how to add my second child. There isn’t an option for that. FAQ area is blank. App wants too much $ to use it to deposit funds. I have to deposit funds weekly and those charges would add up too much.

When I tap on “enable notifications” in the app, there is no notification to enable within my iPhone (XS Max running iOS 13.1.3).
