Love this app

I'm still puzzled

Really have had success with this app as far as being able to load money and keep track of my kids accounts, however my last just graduated from H.S., there is a low balance in her account but to get to FAQ’s, support,etc. there is nothing but a blank page, so not sure how to get my balance paid back to me or donate for the remaining balance! Please update this app!

Can’t add money to the account. All it says is ERROR every time I try to add money/add a card to the account. My kid can’t get lunch today because of this. Don’t forget to send cash to school for your children because this doesn’t work

Unable to find any way to change the currency on the app from JPY to USD. We are a military family stationed in Korea, but, for whatever reason, the app is using ten. I’ve deleted the app, turned on my VPN to show a US IP address, reinstalled the app, and it still shows ¥ instead of $. No support whatsoever - the support link from the App Store doesn’t work, in-app support doesn’t answer my question, and Google is of no help either.

I can't even login. It keeps failing with wrong login error when the login is correct since I am able to login in a browser. Can you just fix it??? It’s not MY problem! It’s the issue with an App for everyone! Do you actually read the reviews? Whata H?

App needs work and customer service is lacking.

The app doesn’t seem to always show the correct balance. I added funds because it said it was negative $1.30 on the general account for a water cup that was supposed to be free but they charged my kid for a water bottle and then it show plus $1.30 when it should have been updated to show $0 on general. The meal account had plenty of funds and I noticed an incorrect charge for an adult meal before so I called about that to and the lady had an attitude problem. I’ve also noticed incorrect charges for things my child didn’t purchase so I called and it was removed only for more incorrect charges to show up later. I never had this problem on the old app. Next year I’ll just send cash if this keeps up because who wants to be ripped off. I entered my card info on the old site and it had an option to store card and I chose not to only to find out they stored it anyways which is a big problem if their system is compromised. I tried to remove my card info and it wouldn’t delete it. Ridiculous!

If you use this there is a fee attached to it. I was going to put 200.00 and it was almost 10.00 for me to do this. That’s a lot of money over the years to come. Nope, I will just go to the school and pay there. What a rip-off.

This app is absolutely horrible it will not let you add a child once you’ve already set up your profile. Half the things on the app don’t work. If any School is thinking of using this app they should use another one because this one is a waste of space on your phone.

For some reason my child’s school would not accept a check for her lunch for the week. She was able to eat but not get a drink. Her school sent home a paper to sign register here for lunch funds & I CAN’T EVEN REGISTER! I’ve tried 6 times! I enter the info & when I’m hot register, NOTHING! So now I have to get out and draw money out of the bank and just hope she doesn’t lose any of it or it gets stolen. ?

Like the others I will testify that these people are thieves. Their balances are never correct and always show money that isn’t owed. Do NOT sign up for this service. Pack your kids lunch or send them with just enough cash each day to buy lunch, because if they have too much money, somehow the lunch people take it and “apply it to their balance.” Absolutely do not trust that. No customer service response either. Horrible company.
