Balance doesn't update. I've been putting way too much money in for months and wondering the heck it was going through out because it wasn't showing the correct balance. No FAQs or customer support available. Major fail.

Only accepts 1 login after reinstall- then get error message that information is not correct. Delete, reinstall, works once, repeat...

I don't now what's going on but over the past few weeks this app must have updated but since it won't let me log in. I use the exact same user name and password as on the website which allows me access to the website but continually get error messages on the app. The website doesn't give a customer service phone number but live chat. Chatted with "Jennifer" who was clueless but said she'd pass along to IT. Weeks later, no fix. Used to be great, used to....

This is the worst app for school cafeteria purchases--and yet what choice do parents have?? After nearly 3 years, I still cannot get customer service to stop sending me daily "low balance" alerts, even though I just replenished. Completely inefficient with unreasonable fees. Open plea to app developers: please create a bug free alternative for school cafeteria purchases!

I love being able to refill my kids lunch account from my phone. It makes it very easy and quick, I have never had any issues with the app. I also love being able to see the lunch choices that they have made

If school systems are going to use vulture companies who prey on transaction fees they could at least use one that works. That would not be this one. Besides this app being poorly designed it flat out doesn't work. The balance never updates leaving you guessing what your child owes.

Can't sign in w/app, but online fine

I have been using the website for years without problems. Now that I've downloaded the app I can't sign on to the app (login failure) even though login works fine still online. Only link in app is if you're not registered yet. So I still have to go through Safari to use the website. At least that works.
App is useless

If you can't log in, what good is the app? "Chat" help suggested I uninstall and reinstall which did not help, so I will uninstall and move on. Waste of time.
