I go into start my vehicle and either it is gone or o have to close the app and reopen it. It doesn’t work on shading my vehicle with my husband and it not start most of the time. It will show it as sent but then it will fail. I mean even writing this review I cannot See what I’m typing.

Listen to user feedback

Mdalexa

Developer Dan, Please prioritize in your sprint planning to optimize the start up of this app. Many users have commented on this and it is probably my biggest complaint. I have left this feedback a few times after various releases, but this issue has not been resolved. Would appreciate a non-generic response as to when this will be resolved. Simply saying you appreciate my feedback will not solve the problem at hand.

I was locked out my vehicle yesterday app to unlock different work had to call triple aaa cost $100 down

Terrible App

rurugby12

Terrible App and Website is even worse. Terribly confusing between MyGMC and OnStar. Took me nearly 30 minutes to find the information I was looking for, and to find out I have to pay an extra $10 a month just to get my vehicle diagnostics. Deleted this app before and I will be deleting it again.

To be clear, the functions which have been FREE forever now cost $15 a month!! I don’t see that, even in the fine print. What a joke.
