Just got my new GMC truck it’s great. However I wish the app would work. I’ve tried everything,uninstall, restart phone, reset phone. And nothing. Very disappointing.

This app is terrible. It times out and does not work when needed. They also charge you an exorbitant monthly fee to use it. The original app before all of the updates was better. Awful. Would not recommend.

My wife sent me an invite to share vehicles, but there is no place on the app to “join the family” like the message in the email states. Other than that, I like the app except 25% of the time when I hit the start button, it will not send signal to start my vehicle.

Useless- watch app useless and constant updates are inconvenient and hindrance

Oh hey same feedback with the latest update. First of all, AGAIN, I was forced to update my app to unlock my car while I’m standing in the freezing cold. And all of this still applies: Just when I thought the app couldn’t get any more useless- they surprised me. Literally standing in the rain trying to unlock my car, and a forced update left me stranded. NOTHING is that important in your “update”. Tried to use my watch to unlock- it didn’t work- Says “log in and select a vehicle on your phone” WELL. I am trying to use my watch bc my phone isn’t available- what use is a watch app if it literally never works without your phone? This app is a JOKE and I’m not JOKING when I say that I won’t be buying a GMC vehicle in the future if this continues. I’ve updated my watch and phone apps several times. The watch app USED to unlock my car- but now it’s just a party trick I could do if I had my phone next to my watch.

The app Continues to say that an update is required. There was no update in the App Store. I deleted the application and uploaded it again but it will not let me sign in. Help!

I still say that the redesign is trash. They took a perfectly functioning app, and made it worthless. So much so that for the first time since owning GMC trucks I’ve decided let my Onstar subscription go. That’s an ‘01 1500 Sierra, then an ‘08 2500 Sierra Duramax and now on my my 2015 Denali HD Duramax. Since constructive criticism did nothing to improve the faults in the app, or at the very least bring about roll back to an app that worked. . . Maybe, money will talk. As in, fix this trash, and you can have some more of mine. Call me when you decide to make this trash usable again.

Can’t register new vehicle

When trying to register my new vehicle, the app continues to say model doesn’t match VIN. All info has been verified. Unusable
