I’ve had to uninstall/reinstall more than once for it to work between my watch and phone. The key fob command’s would freeze it wouldn’t work, and I had to keep logging out and in each time I used it

The most obnoxious thing about this app is that you are subscribing to your vehicle AND it doesn’t consistently work. Walking to your car leaving the store and want to warm it up? Watch app wont work -either it’ll tell you to start the car only when it’s safe with the continue button grayed out or it’ll tell you to login. And then you open the app on your phone & I ALWAYS have to log in again with my username and password. Sometimes, I open the app to a white screen that never goes away, have to close it, then reopen it to log in. By the time I do that, I’m already in my car so it’s pointless. If I’m at home on my wifi, it seems to always be logged in, but never when I’m out and about and need it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no luck. Extremely disappointed that to access these features on your expensive new vehicle is a subscription fee at all (when it’s not for older vehicles or Ford, for example), but it’s absolutely ridiculous that it doesn’t even work.

Very disappointed that to use the lock/unlock and remote start I have to pay for Onstar. I have never used Onstar and will not pay for it. This app is useless without a monthly fee.
Try to use it on Apple Watch logs out of iPhone

Don’t have Apple Watch support if every time you try to use it it signs you out of the app on the iPhone and you have to go back to the phone to use any features. Completely defeats the purpose of adding Apple Watch support

Problem with the Apple Watch app, signs me out as soon as I open it..I have to sign in on my phone but as soon as I open the app it’s a blank page and I have to closed it and reopen it to sign in. Help !! Thanks

Downloaded this app at the dealership, setup the email but never got a confirmation to keep setting up. Asked the salesman and he didn’t know, huge waste of time
Won’t save vehicle info, have to login every time
