Completely useless

App does not connect or update vehicle info. Have called OnStar multiple times, logged out logged back in, deleted app and reinstalled. The features (remote start, remote lock, etc. etc.) all sound great (although my last vehicle had all the same features and then some without a monthly fee) but unfortunately the app functionality is a joke which has turned the excitement of having a new vehicle into a somewhat frustrating experience.

The fact that you have to pay to have Onstar service to use this app is ridiculous. You should be able to use the basic features of lock, I click, and remote start as a standard and if you want extra you can pay more. Ford offers the app for their vehicles as a standard feature with no additional cost or charge. It tells you gas, oil life, location, keeps service history and more. I am not paying a couple hundred dollars a year for Onstar to be able to utilize this app

The idea of this app is awesome but I continue to have issues with the truck controls not working. I have to press and hold the start 4-5 times sometimes to get it to work.
New Version Doesn’t Help

I enjoyed using this app when we first bought our truck. I was able to locate where my truck was and was able to track it while it was moving on the road. Now I’m not able to do any of this. I can’t locate where I parked my vehicle in case I forgot. My notifications have been delayed regarding when my truck leaves and arrives at my home location as listed. Please restore these features as it was very helpful.

It takes too long for app to get started and it takes too long for the vehicle to start with the app.

Always asks me to enable biometric, often does not allow me to remote start. Watch app does not connect all the time, I have to restart the iPhone app for it to work
Who screwed up the app

The updated app is completely useless. I can’t get any vehicle information. Mileage, tire pressure, lock or unlock car etc. Absolutely useless
PIN not recognized

App always asks for a PIN to login and will not accept the PIN number set up for the account. Unusable app.
