I’m getting blank white screen, as I see others are getting too. Something isn’t working with the update last week.

The app works fine and I would use it a handful of times a year to unlock my doors or remote start my truck. Now that the free service has expired that want me to pay $15 a month for the service. That is ridiculous. Do they really think anyone is going to pay that much for the service? On star was smart back in 2000 before cellphones but it’s outdated. It’s bad enough that I can’t use navigation without onstar. All other major car companies give these services as part of buying the car. In fact I bought my wife a Ford because the principle of that was so frustrating. GM stop trying to charge me a monthly fee after I paid a lot of money for my vehicle in the first place.

For some reason the app stopped working randomly. I uninstalled and reinstalled it and it now works. ??

Ever since upgrading to the iPhone 12 Pro Max, the app constantly logs me off. I have an Apple Watch also and am given ‘Logged Out’ message on there too. What is the point of this convenience when you can’t even use it?

It’s not always very dependable. For example, locked keys in my truck and the app didn’t unlock the truck. Had to wait on my wife to bring my spare keys to the farm.

I recently purchased a new GMC vehicle and was excited to try the app. It takes forever to open and load on my 12 pro max. I also tested it on an iPad and it’s the same deal. It opens and then a spinning circle for loading for a few minutes. It literally takes like 5 minutes for it to load to be able to use any of the remote key commands. I can’t think of when I would ever do this versus using the key. If it was snappy and worked quickly I’m sure it would be great.
