Constantly being Logged Out

Prior to the app refresh, the app would work as advertised. Now no matter if I Log In and attempt to use it days later or 30 minutes later, it logs me out. Both my iPhone’s OS and app are up to date. The option to keep me logged in is toggled, yet the app NEVER keeps me logged in. And if you own an Apple Watch, forget about using that to remote start your vehicle. If I could give this app a 0 star, it would get it.

I have this for both of our GMCs. Comes in handy starting the car before we leave the Bills games! Go Bills! Go Pro!
Watch App Still Broken

The watch app is still broken and always asks you to log in on your phone. This causes the app on your phone to be logged out even though you set it to stay logged in. The actual phone app is so slow as to be more inconvenient then using your actual fob to remote start. Lastly, the app really only work half the time. GM has clearly picked the cheapest developer and now does not care enough about this service to actually fix it. They only want you to blindly pay for what every other auto manufacturer provides for free in 2022.
Can’t finish registration

Your app says my vin# does not match my vehicle. I have a 2022 gmc 1500, your app only allows for a 1500 limited, what can I do?

Love the app and what all it can do. What I hate is I have to delete and download fresh about every 2 weeks. It will start just spinning. Fix that please.

This app used to be great. I’ve used it every day for years. But lately it’s been (off and on) dropping ability to remote start and lock doors. Today it has dropped one of my vehicles from the “garage.” I keep having to delete and reinstall to make it work again. Would be great if these bugs were worked out.
Not remembering username and password

For some reason the app will not remember my username and password. When I turn the feature on it says I need a pin on my phone, which I already have as well as Face ID. So every time I want to use it I have to sign in. And of course by the time I’ve done that I am to my truck. A waste of 40 dollars a month
Bad update

The newest update broke the app for me. Takes me right to a screen that has the ring vehicle listed and I can’t get out of it.
Was good now it quit working reliably
