I get stuck on the white Home Screen often and it logs me out EVERY time I use it even though I have the “Keep me logged in” toggle set correctly. Makes it unusable on my Apple Watch since I’m always logged out.

Can’t always locate car the app spins and spins even when my phone has 4 bars and I have WiFi.

iPhone XR - briefly flashes the GMC logo and then gives me a blank white screen. Not exactly useful.
Auto start feature doesn’t work 100% of time.
auto start failure?
The auto start feature does not work all the time since Spring of 2020. The app will hang up on the starting circle. Onstar reps have told me to ensure my iphone OS is up to date. Not my OS. One Onstar rep was very helpful. She submitted a trouble ticket to the software section. She told me other people had the same problem which she noticed since the GMC was updated back in Spring of 2020. She took my call in December of 2020. Appreciate he honesty and solution. The problem is not the iPhone but the GMC app.

Really limited. So what I can lock the car and start the engine. Whoop whoop how about put flasher on. How about open windows. Close window. So much you could be doing. I hope the EV cars have a better app because Tesla will cream you. For that matter BMW will and they have a poor app and now I can’t even complete this review because of some tech glitch. I’ll just keep going here then and see what happens. How about have the lights flash. How about have the gps work with this app oh that’s right you have to at extra for that BMW is included
App no longer works

App will not load on iPhone 12 Pro. The GMC logo launches but then it just hangs on a white screen and won’t load. Very disappointing, this app used to be great

This app never worked. Everytime I try to use it, it just keeps loading. Then after ten try’s it makes me agree with the terms everytime. Then when IFinally access the app it won’t lock my doors, unlock my doors or start my car.It won’t even give me status update. I’ve called GMC and Onstar several times and no one is able to correct this problem. I have a Lexus they have the best app soon as you turn the app on you’re in control of your car. Probably one of the other reasons why American Car Companies aren’t making money.
App and Watch integration

App keeps signing out. Watch integration tells you to re-log in EVERYTIME I want to use it. What’s the point of the watch integration if it’s always logged out?
App won’t open on iPhone 12 Pro Max

This app was open but I haven’t been able to use it for a few weeks now.
