Disappointed update!

Dlink worked just fine for me for 2 yrs! I use it to monitor my elderly mom, especially at night, since she has fallen. It used to allow me to monitor her as long as I needed, so that I could see/hear her during the night. Now, with their new update, it times out within 5 minutes, instead of staying on all night. So, that means sleepless nights for me all over again, since I keep waking up to reset it! I now have to buy a baby monitor to do the job that DLink used to do!! DLink, please fix it!!

Please fix this app ASAP. It won’t even stay open for two seconds crashes as soon as you open the app. Having the cameras doesn’t help much if you can’t see them on the app. It’s a fantastic app when it’s working! Right now it’s crap!!!!!
Offline constantly

What is the secret to keeping this camera online? It’s constantly going offline!! Had new router installed and still can’t keep it online. When it works it has a clear picture stream but it’s impossible to keep it online.

The volume on the app just started turning off by itself after 10 seconds. It’s the app and not cameras because I still have the old link app and it doesn’t happen on the older app. I tried contacting support but their webpage wants you to fill a form that would take 30 min to fill out. No quick way to contact support.

Desde que se actualizo la aplicación de mydlink. Todos los días se quedan sin conexión las cámaras. Y el wifi de la casa funciona perfectamente. Y para volver a conectar las cámaras! Tengo que desconectar de la corriente eléctrica cada una de las cámaras. Y para colmo tengo cuatro cámaras. Ya estoy pensando cambiar el sistema de cámaras por uno de mejor calidad!!!
