Problem with log in

I can’t even log in past the terms and condition without it’s glitching and returning back to the sign in page. Please Help.

How do I turn off notifications! It is really bugging me!

It was working great- until it made me sign the terms of agreement again and now when I do check the box and “agree”- it takes me back to sign in and I have to do it again and again and never lets me view my cameras. Very frustrating to spend $150 on each camera and the iPhone app doesn’t work for me anymore.. I bought the cameras for my newborns and now peace of mind is gone.. pretty upsetting...

I liked the previous mydlink lite app despite it having an occasional hiccup. This app is essentially a more updated mydlink lite app with a UI thats a easier on the eyes. Will update if I run into issues!

Confusing Interface

I was happy to see that D-Link had a new app. Although they now have three apps for their consumer products, which is extremely confusing. This review is about this application. Pros: They finally added support for viewing multiple cameras at once. Cons: The type size is insanely small. Device names must be 8pt type. They went with the horizontal picker for devices. This means you can only see 3 devices. You need to scroll right to see more. Then the space is so tight, the names are truncated. They decided to use a round design for choosing options. Now, you need to turn a dial to pick an item. Cool effect, but now I need to drag to something. To even use it. They got rid of the night/day setting as a top level option. Now it’s two clicks in and out to set. Lots of wasted space in each area. The primary camera view is nearly 1/3 white space. Small icons and more clicks. Yet another company trying to offer automation solutions that don’t interface with other companies The application is very confusing as to where you are and what you are doing. It’s like someone had a bunch of ideas on cool ways to display content and they used them all. Floating buttons the move around. Buttons that have dots positioned around them, sliders, dials, sheets, lists, and toggles. It’s crazy. Finally, there is no feedback on buttons. I was going through a setup, the only option was Next. It looked active. Nope, it did nothing. No feedback, no directions, just nothing. Now they have this application, which is more complete than mydlink light and mydlink home, but if you’ve bought devices from dlink don’t get rid of them, because this app won’t run everything.

Do Dlink folks even bother reading the comments.. Or you guys get paid based on number of template responses posted. @2.9 rating and trending downhill, it’s a good sign to read user base feedbacks. ———————————- Like the format and ability to see all four of cameras. Problem: App will not recognize DSP-W110 plugs, means I still have to keep two apps as it shows up on Mydlink Home. Why? My fault or you guys just like to aggravate your user base. Please don’t give some lame excuse.

Would not have bought cameras if I had known the apps to view would be so bad. Listen tech department, (IT’s) quit calling yourself a professional! Obviously you don’t know what the hell you are doing can we get some real professionals in the department. This could be a really good thing. Thanks an unhappy customer.

3 Apps, none of them good enough

A big company like d-link should care more about the iOS app developments. 3 apps with devices compatible only with one of the 3 is not acceptable, and now you only update the last app made? Well I’m gonna return the product and get one from the competitors. Software is import just like hardware, if you guys will not understand that will end up like Nokia
