The app can be confusing. I’m good with programming and understanding stuff like this. Everything is somewhat available to work but fails when needing to edit and reassign one taps. I still get error messages even though all my settings are correct.
Won’t find router.

I pay $9.99 a month to use the cloud recording feature but every time I try and use it I get a message saying I need to upgrade. If I’m paying $9.99 a month why would I need to upgrade. Y’all should give me all my money back because your cloud doesn’t work. The bill was paid for this month as it was for every month so why can’t I use the cloud feature???

Goes offline randomly. App is a pain to use. Notifications are annoying. Goes off SOMETIMES if I go in there yet always goes off when it goes to night vision. Overall wouldn’t buy this camera again and will be replacing soon.
