Loaded the new update today and it is of no value 1 still slower than molasses 2 when I try to play back video from SD I get a message Error no video clip. Have to go back and click again and can play clip . Guess no one is listening

This app assumes you are setting up a brand new camera. There is NO ability to add existing camera here or on the mydlink web site. So I’m faced with resetting all my cameras to factory or buying nest cameras. Sigh. I gave it two stars because I’m sure it’s been dumbed down to help my gramma add a camera and she’d probably like that. Downgraded to no stars. You cannot set your own password!!!! If you manually set your IP you lose the device from your list. Luckily you can either do their bidding or factory reset. I just threw all my dlink hardware in the dumpster. Complete and utter fail!!!

The new version of the app is the best yet. Looking at both cameras live on the homepage has made it even more convenient than it was previously when you had to click on one camera at a time to view live feed.
Disappointing “update”

Dreadful interface. The latest version is ugly and runs sluggishly. Icons and imagery are smaller, harder to see, and harder to control. Apparently designed for young eyes and small fingers.

Your new app constantly crashes, won’t load, then tells me I’ve reached my time limit?! TERRIBLE!
Supported cameras misadvertised

The app shows DCS-8000LH is supported by cloud recording but it is not. The description on the store stated these older cameras are not supported. Purchased off Amazon based on list of supported cameras in app. Will be returning cameras and maybe trying another brand.

With each update, the camera performs even worse! Movement controls almost never work. Abysmal design and programming.
Have had nothing but major issues with their cameras go with a different brand

Went from a one star to a three star back to a one star this thing records every tiny little movement including the angle of the sun moving across the sky or the shade cast by your house moving slowly as time passes. just makes it impossible to tell when there's actually something going on because your phones constantly going off even when motion sensing is at 1%. Way too many bugs to write out on here but the newest one is no clip every time there's motion detected it just says no clip and I can't watch what happened. I have had nothing but major issues with their cameras pick someone else!!!

When new version came out I am in having issues with accessing cameras that I have, I can access one fine and then when I try to go to another I just get a progress wheel so I have to turn the app off then enter the app again to go to the next camera is this normal?
