Volume turns off – mydlink Review

The volume on the app just started turning off by itself after 10 seconds. It’s the app and not cameras because I still have the old link app and it doesn’t happen on the older app. I tried contacting support but their webpage wants you to fill a form that would take 30 min to fill out. No quick way to contact support.
