Most of the time I enter my Username and Password, hit enter and it just spins forever. Worst app I’ve ever downloaded. Update: Got a response from Cigna about my review. Tried today and it works. (Cigna’s website said they were having issues. Said the same when I called them). We’ll see if it holds up.
Change Doctors offices?

Forget it. They put you on hold for over an hour just to be able to see the doctor you pick instead of the one they pick for you. Ridiculous!!!! Worst customer service ever.
App Hardly Ever Let’s Me Login

99% of the time, when I try to login to the app, I get an error message. I’ve even called the number in the error message to try and get it resolved but was just told to change my password. I did that and still got the same error message. It’s not incorrect credentials, it’s the app. I can login on a browser with the same credentials and it works fine but then, what’s the point in having the app?
App does NOT work

I have deleted and re-downloaded the app numerous times and I keep receiving the same message when I try to open it: "Something went wrong. The myCigna app is currently unavailable. Please exit the app and try logging in again." This error message is never ending no matter what I do.
Not able to use the app

I am already set up with myCigna via the web site and have no problem logging in and out. Got my new package for2022 and saw the availability of the app. So downloaded it on my IPad. Used the same user name and existing password but no go. Message said the information was not correct. Double and triple checked my input. No success. Called the help number provided. Hard to understand the help person but did not get help. She tried to give me another number to call. Already wasted too much time. Hope everyone else is having better luck. Jack Hunt
Have to login every time with credentials

Even though the Face ID is enabled, the app forgets my login, and I have to put in my username and password and select remember me. In spite of this, it will forget all this a few days later.

How is this app getting 5-stars. It constantly wipes my login ID and makes me re-enable my Face ID!!! Every time I have to use this app, it is so aggravating.
