The app is very user friendly and really makes finding a physician very simple.
Scaled-up on iPad

I like having all these features available in an app, which I can access via Touch ID, but on my iPad it is just a larger version of the iPhone app. My first time using the app, and I was chatting with a rep about finding an in-network provider. I’m happy with all the features available, and only thing I would ask for is a iPad version - since I prefer doing banking, medical, etc on my iPad - which stays at home - versus my phone which is carried outside the home.

I landed in the hospital within a week of changing to Cigna and the app made it so easy to find in-network care. In needing to line up doctors for follow-up care, the app again made it so easy to find whom I needed. I can see my balances and claims all in one sitting. (In many cases, I find the app more intuitive than the main website!)

I’d cards are still incorrect after 2 months of trying to get the correct information listed. Also, error message when trying to delete contacts from wallet.

I really like this app for keeping track of all my claims, seeing what’s been paid, can keep track of all your family deductibles and dental as well. I really love this app! Saves me time from having to call.
