Can’t do anything or can’t locate me.

I had first signed up computer and worked bad now won’t recognize username or password. Aggravating issue. Then I tried the phone and there is a problem. Can’t catch a break.
Face ID doesn’t work

Why no Face ID? I have to enter my password each time. Annoying! After an update to the latest iOS, it seems to be working as designed.

My dental, vision and pharmacy cards all are supported through apple wallet. Cigna doesn’t have an option to add their card to apple wallet?
I can’t transfer HSA funds to my brokerage from the app now

I can’t transfer HSA funds to my brokerage account from the app now. That effectively breaks the function I use this app for about 90% of the time.

The only real issue I have is that you have to enter your password every time you log in there’s no Face ID or password remember other then that great app

Every time I need to login there is always a stupid update. Then after the update it won’t remember my login or use the FaceId. I can’t remember my login because it wants some lengthy password. Then I need to reset my password.
They lie about what they’ll cover

It clearly says in the Cigna plan that right off the bat when you get the dental plan on the first month that they’ll cover the entirety of your X-rays and oral exam, which turned out to be a lie and they only paid 30$ of it and left me stiffed with a 169$ tab, you’d be better of going to a different insurer

What happened to Apple Wallet support? It’s 2022. We don’t carry physical cards anymore.
