Is great but they need to check the Adress of the doctors office, because some of the move move they’re office and the app is not updated!!

This site is one of the most S______ Ri___________s sites ever does nothing to help all about fleecing customers and making profits. Instead it would be better if the money spent on benefiting Benefits Managers and other online coaches it is spent in providing the doctors the money to provide patients/customers excellent care

Ok app, but not up to date on FMLA status information. It needs notifications telling you that paperwork is not complete or FMLA approved date range.

The app is very easy to use and helps me stay on top of my medial expenses and all of my benefits. As an employee in the healthcare industry, I especially appreciate Cigna’s effort to help their customers understand claims and coverage better, and in language and terms that are easy to understand.

I think the Cigna app is great I have all the information right on my phone no need to call a representative I think it’s a great app and enjoy using it

The doctor gave an “uncovered” prescription, and then the app doesn’t notify the patient (me) so I had to pay out of pocket, because there is no option to request the alternative medications since “this is an app and not a human being” is the response I got from cigna

Love the app and easy access to most everything I need. The only thing that would make it better is having the “chat” function included like the website.

Tried to register with the app and it said invalid client when I put in my brand new login so I tried redoing it then it says already have an account so which is it ?? Is the app available or not

Very handy in submitting reimbursement request for child care! Plus also AUS have my insurance card that I could never seem to keep in my wallet.

This app really is horrible when it come to locating a doctor, you can’t even click on any of categories because all you get is nothing available in your area when it’s a complete lie, very very frustrating and clearly Cigna lacks the technology to make it better. It’s one thing paying the sky rocketed costs of this health insurance. The only thing this app is somewhat good for is getting your ID cards. That’s if it doesn’t shut down on you or get a blank page while at the doctors.
