Annoying steps backward

Constantly dropping TouchID login (requiring user to replicate set up process) and now eliminated the ability to add ID card to Apple wallet (I don’t care if they are available in app when the app doesn’t remember my TouchID and I’m at the doc office).
No Apple Wallet

This app doesn't let you add your ID card to Apple Wallet, so you have to either carry your physical card or have this app installed and have service when you need to reference the card in the app. By contrast, Aetna's app allows you to add your ID card to Apple Wallet.
Reimbursement Request Suggestions

1) Already submitted reimbursement requests shouldn’t be found by clicking the “Submit Reimbursement” button. Change the name or put current requests someplace else. 2) Requests from the previous year disappear on Jan 1 even though the previous 30 days is used as a filter. There’s no way that I’ve found to be able to find requests submitted in December other than to login to the website on a computer (and even then it’s a hassle).
Apple wallet ID support

I am looking in the app to find a support to add the ID card to my apple wallet but I cannot find in this new update earlier I had an option to add my card to the wallet. Can we get that back? Or is there any other option or way to add my Cigna id to the apple wallet?
Can’t log in

I haven’t been able to log into this app in at least a month or two now. Every time I try it says they can’t process my request. Website works fine so I know my password is correct and I’m not locked out. App used to be ok, but is now completely useless.
Doesn’t work for FMLA claims
starting to hate iphones
I tried using the app, as suggested by the Cigna phone rep, to use for my intermittent FMLA claims. But it is essentially useless. I can’t access or do anything with it. Deleting the app & going back to calling in for my leave.

No Apple Wallet

I only downloaded this to be able to have access to my cards which was works but not being able to add at least my own to my Apple wallet is a let down.
Tiny screen

I just downloaded this app on my iPad and when I use the app the screen is very tiny as if it’s on an iPhone not my iPad and I cannot read everything on the screen.
