Allow saving info on docs looked up

When looking up information to decide on a physician it would be helpful to be able to save the basic info for the physician decided to facilitate contacting and setting up appointment.

This app is extremely helpful! It will list your payments, HSA balance, amount of premium met by family member, digital member cards and a lot more! Exactly what I was hoping when I downloaded it.

Very helpful for finding local doctors that take Cigna insurance. I was using Zocdoc but this is 10x better.

Frequently unavailable and reimbursement never processes

This app is frequently unavailable for account log in and the portal request for reimbursement of dependent care accounts have never worked for me. It’s very frustrating to think you’ve submitted for reimbursement but have it not go through only to have to call customer service and wait on hold to be told the request was not received.
