Not able to use the app – myCigna Review

I am already set up with myCigna via the web site and have no problem logging in and out. Got my new package for2022 and saw the availability of the app. So downloaded it on my IPad. Used the same user name and existing password but no go. Message said the information was not correct. Double and triple checked my input. No success. Called the help number provided. Hard to understand the help person but did not get help. She tried to give me another number to call. Already wasted too much time. Hope everyone else is having better luck. Jack Hunt
