The only thing about this app that doesn’t drive me crazy is being able to look up claims.
Can’t log in to app

Used same password that gave me access on website but did not get access to use the app. Also, when comparing physicians with Cigna and Zocdoc, Cigna informed a specific doctor was in-network while Zocdoc claimed it was not. Overall, frustrating to deal with yet another insurance registration ordeal.

Cannot log in from iPad

The rendering on the iPad does not allow me to enter my password. The Log-in button is blocking the password field. Hit LogIn, get pop-up saying I need to enter password. Now I try to enter, the log-in button is covering the field again. Come on, this isn't that difficult.

The app is useless, like Cigna. Just like their obstructionist polices, they ensure you can’t get anything out of the app just like you can’t get any healthcare treatment nor payment out of Cigna. Avoid Cigna, they would rather see you dead than see you receive ANY medical treatment or medication. Everything will be denied by some mere pencil pusher with zero medical knowledge and that’s if you can badger one of their puppet doctors to stop denying you treatment and medication. To add insult to it all, they will mail you papers full of made up numbers to fool idiots into thinking Cigna is “negotiating” great prices you have to pay since they pay nothing just like their doctors do nothing. Deceive, deny, obstruct, ignore...these are what you can expect of Cigna.

This app looks nice and has useful information, but there's no way to pay my monthly premium. On the app or in the website that I can find. This makes this app useless for me.
