The in-network approved Urgent care did not recognized CIGNA as a insurance company’s

We’re in Hawaii on vacation and my husband isn’t feeling welI so I went into the CIGNA app to view in-network approved Urgent Care Centers. When they asked what insurance we carried they said they were not affiliated with CIGNA even when the app said they were. So much for the CIGNA app.

This is a very good, convenient app. It contains all the functionality I need and I use it several times a week, if only to see if my HSA deposits have been received. Love the ability to access insurance cards for all my family members and track deductible and out-of-pocket expenses for the year to date.

Insurance card in app leaves off information used by pharmacies

They need the RxBIN and RxPCN. The app doesn’t show those numbers on the cards, so you still need printed cards. *sigh*

Navigational ease and ability to apply filters and sorts! App allows on the go review of benefits, EOBs, contact info, etc. Great healthcare company with cutting edge technology.
