My app doesn’t work it every time I open it it closes out

We just bought our brand new Buick and i was setting in the car while at sonic. I decided to mess with my wife and set off the alarm. Hilarious!

You can only Lock and Start the vehicle with this App. They have turned off the functionality to Unlock and Turn Off your vehicle. Also you can’t send navigation to you car. I liked it much better with the OnStar App!!


Used to be So Much Better

The title of this review says it all. Some things are better off being left alone. App worked fine for years. Then you decided to make these changes and the app crashed as soon as I opened it. This problem lasted a few months until I purchased a new car in March. Put service in place, app worked fine with. 3-month free trial, then half-way through my 3-month free trial disappears. After 5 communications to OnStar with no resolution, I finally have to voice a formal complaint here. Every person I speak to over there has a different answer, but no one can resolve my issues. Big disappointment.

I have always bought GM cars and just traded in a Terrain that allowed unlimited use of the fob on the app for free.... I paid a lot of money for my new Buick and now they want me to pay for the app..... grrrrr ..... not happy at all!!!!!

I wish the ride was a little smoother. I went from a Traverse to the Envision and I do miss the extra space. It is a very nice vehicle

Love the app a lot, no major complaints. Just kinda figured navigation would be pretty standard. Even if it was just linked via device and car.
