Apple Watch??

The functionality offered works well, but where is the comparability with Apple Watch? Apple Watch is on its second generation and GM hasn't gotten around to a first generation App Watch app. Come on GM.

The app is nice in theory. However, using it is so frustrating. The app's keyfob functions take at least a minute to perform. I timed it at 75 seconds to start my car after using the function in the app. The actual keyfob can do it in 3 seconds. More than half the time it can't even communicate with the car and it times out. Then it tells me to drive the car around and try it again!! The only thing that works is sending an address to navigation. That's why this app gets any stars. BTW, I'm using this for a 2014 Buick Regal premium 2. My friends hyundai can be started with his watch and that only takes a few seconds. Come on gm!!!!!

The app is a good idea, but after downloading to my iPhone and using the app, it freezes up and has to be deleted. Downloading again works for 1-2 days, and then won't open (freezes up). Aside from this, it could be a good app. Santa Dan

Really quite a good app, but starting should be easier

I really like this app and it works very well, even works well for multiple vehicles. The main problem that I have with this is that starting your vehicle is kind of a pain in the butt/a chore. In order to start your car, you have to click on the "key fob" button, select "start car", tap "yes the freaking car is in a safe place", and then enter your PIN every time. This app has seen some pretty regular maintenance and upkeep, so it's kind of crazy that I'm on able to select a button that says never show me this safety warning again. Also pretty much everybody's idevice has Touch ID at this point, so instead of having your PIN typed every time, it should employ native and more secure authentications.

I have an older Buick; and it seems the location feature only works once...at...a...time. There's the problem. BIG problem!! To work it a second time requires deletion and re-downloading. Unacceptable. Get it right or get it OFF the Apple Store. Buick owners deserve better; MUCH better!! ***

I just spent 25 minutes on the phone with onstar. I spoke to 4 different people. They were unable to tell me why the basic features of this app do not work. They said it's a known issue and they will contact me when it's resolved. What a joke!! All this app does is take up space on my phone.

I cancelled onstar with the understanding this app did the same thing without a fee. I was locked out of the app multiple times before it finally accepted the same password (I used the eye to see what I was typing, it was the same). After I did not have the basic commands that the photos of the app say. I called Buick once again to no avail. I am still confused on how to work this app when the remote commands do not appear. I did delete and redownload and then was given the parking location option! Do I need to delete again to get the remote control option as well? 1 star, too many bugs and even Buick employees do not know how to use.
