Yea Right My Buick..... more likely me My Onstar they require you sign up for that or you can't use My Buick. I don't want to sign up for it if I did I would of already done that. Certainly no App going to get me to do it!! Thanks Buick

This app does not remember passwords or user id's... I have changed them and it comes back and it tells me it's wrong right after I changed it FIX IT NOW BEFORE COMPLAIN AS FAR AS I CAN TAKE IT. RIDICULOUS.

The app doesn't work. I've tried to connect to OnStar to no avail. I've reset my password numerous times. I'll just use the OnStar app. Very disappointed.

I would like to say, first, the app needs to have a popup to pick a vehicle when there are two or more vehicles. My wife and I switched cars today and when I went to the garage ... hers was running. She forgot that we switched cars and we were lucky that I was leaving when I was. If there was a forced popup to pick the car you have for the day ... I would like to think she would have remembered which car to pick. Any rate, this app seems slightly faster to respond than the onstar version of the app. I get it that they want a subscription to onstar to have this extra support, but at $15 a month it's too expensive for what it is. The added insult of having to have the navigation subscription to send an address to my in dash navigation is absurd. Once a service is automated it should be standard.

This app is very good and has potential for a lot of nice functionality. It could handle multiple vehicles better and have 3D Touch support, but it is very reliable and responsive. It compliments my vehicle and makes me proud to own a Buick by reinforcing the quality of Buick and GM. I only wish you could change the Pin without calling OnStar.
