I mostly use for long range auto start , it’s tells you if it starts but not end , you only get two starts , so you don't know if the first cycle ended or not . Can’t set the temperature so if it was hot in the day , then cold in the morning too bad , you have to go out to car change the temperature. How about the ability to set the run cycle timer , 10 , 20 , 30 , How about an option if my sun roof open notification or anything new .

I am never locked out of my vehicle, I may leave my keys in my vehicle, but I never leave my phone!!!
It was great....until the update

The app was amazing, but every time I chose the remote start or lock/unlock feature it crashes....it completes whatever I need it to, but always crashes immediately after.....please fix ASAP!
Rewards issues

Have used app for awhile and for many things it worked great. When it comes to redeeming rewards points they have real issues. Tried to use them for Onstar products and even though app says they are redeemed, nothing will work even after five days. Tried the chat function on the app to troubleshoot and all I was able to accomplish was that they can open a case and they gave me a phone number to speed up the process possibly. Such a headache, so much for a reward.
