Consistently Crashes

I’ve been having issues with the app crashing as soon as I open it. I read all the reviews tried the suggestions about deleting and reinstalling. That worked for a few weeks now it’s back to the constant crashing. I really liked the app but it’s pointless if it can’t even open ?

I download this app for my new Buick yesterday and I way support to receive my pin by email but it never came so I can’t use the app

I like the app but I wasn’t really impressed with it and I did not like the fact that I had to pay $10 I meant which that’s just me other people don’t mind but that’s just my opinion
The APP is slow to open then after open

Once App is open and click on the one tab you desire to use its another 30 seconds to up to a minute before it opens . Also sometimes the APP will shut off abruptly.

One of the reasons I got my Enclave was the remote start feature that was FREE THROUGH THE APP. My salesman told me all about it. 1 month later, Onstar took it away. I was also told I would get 2 years of free Onstar service and even had documentation, and then Onstar said that it was an old promotion... but it was sent to me AFTER I leased the car.

I downloaded the app on a previous iPhone and I loved it. I now have an iPhone 8 and cannot get it downloaded. It shows in the App Store that it’s in the cloud and when I click on it, it just spins but won’t download on my phone. How do I get it on the phone?
Same options are free on my Ford vehicle

Why does GM charge a monthly fee of $14.99/month for remote start from this app, when the app for my Ford vehicle provides this service for free? No thank you.

I was really frustrated when I tried to use the app to make sure I lock my new Buick. I discovered I needed to upgrade. Not happy and I will not pay extra to do remote functions. I have deleted the app from my phone.
