Key fob always works great! I just wish I could get a complete vehicle diagnostic report at no extra cost.

Outside of downloading a copy of the owner manual to your mobile device and watching “more about” videos, this app just about useless without OnStar account. Therefore navigating the app, looking for any remote functionality, becomes an attempt to sell you OnStar with most every click. If you pay for a subscription, great, but there’s no free functionality here. Don’t bother.

App does waaaaaay more than what’s expected! I locked my keys inside car an I didn’t think it would open due to keys were in car but it open it. It’s just so convenient! Auto starts car when you’re in the mall @ a distance! It does everything Needed! Love it!

Every time I open the app, it closes right away! I have to go back to the old app (instar) to get this one (my Buick) to stay open and make it work
