IWatch issues

I can no longer use the watch to start my vehicle. This has only been for the past three to four weeks. It worked fine prior to that.

Update: I can use features on the website for my vehicle that oddly this app says it doesn't support. Figure that one out. ? This app says my vehicle is not supported after the recent update, yet the website supports my car and it's features. Online support is extraordinarily slow as well. Seriously. GM needs to fire the people and company that make this app. Just look at the other reviews. I'm amongst them now proclaiming how broken it is. Half the features either never show, or if they do show ask you to upgrade to something you're already on. And some of the stuff that does show is pretty useless. Stay away. If you're a business unless you want upset customers have them avoid this app at all costs.

It was a headache to sign in/ sign up- after 4 - verify your email- it finally went thru- not sure if it was worth it

This app is great and, unlike the BMW remote app, actually works! It would be great though if there could be an Apple Watch app as well.

The app has a feature where you can request a service appointment at your Buick dealership. Right after scheduling an appointment through the app, I received an email from my dealership. The email said I should call the dealership to schedule my service appointment. So what's the point of scheduling the appointment through the app if I'm only going to be asked to call the dealership afterwards to do the same thing all over again? This is nuts!!
It won't refresh!

I keep pulling down but it won't refresh my vehicle status. The old OnStar app worked much better. Why the mandatory change?
Bug with IOS 10

If you try to use your contacts list to send an address to your in dash navigation unit it crashes the app. If you use the search function to get address via internet that works. OnStat says it's a known issue they're working on.

You can't use it to change your preferred dealer. You can find a nearby dealer, sort of. It shows you where one is on the map, but it gives no name, address, or phone number. You can change your address, but it continues to use your old one. Seems pointless to me.
