Last update removed ability to send destinations to the in dash navigation. Don’t know if this was an error or Intended. Support advisor told me I would have to subscribe to full onstar navigation to get back something I had been using in the basic service for a year. GM is kidding themselves if I’m going to start paying for this because they decided it was time to extort more money from its captive audience. Update: Send to Vehicle magically returned Thanksgiving weekend...gave it one more star.

Utterly Useless

Seriously. GM needs to fire the people and company that make this app. Just look at the other reviews. I'm amongst then now proclaiming how broken it is. Half the features either never show, or if they do show ask you to upgrade to something you're already on. And some of the stuff that does show is pretty useless. Stay away. If you're a business unless you want upset customers have them avoid this app at all costs.

Functions, but has a major annoyance

The pop up warning to only use remote start where it is safe and legal really needs to go. Either build it into a TOS required to initially use the app, or suppress it after the first notification view on an install. Not only is it annoying when you launch the app and go through the UI to remote start, but it is flat out unbearable when you use force touch + Touch ID, which is “the future”. You force press, tap start. Then let go of screen, tap okay on pop up (have to rediscover UI), then have to move down to Touch ID. It would be so much better to force press, start, reset finger to home button, done. First world problem, sure, but it is atrocious UX regardless.

No tire pressure status

Apple Watch doesn't work

On Apple Watch from the key fob dashboard I select any function, ex. Lock or unlock, it prompts for my pin, I enter pin then screen displays a red phone icon with a line through it. Nothing else happens and app won't go back to main screen. I deleted and reinstalled app. That restores the dashboard but the app functioned (mis-functioned!) the same. No help in app, no help here, no way to contact app developers.

Can get app to lock vehicle, but can’t get app to unlock. Can hit the unlock on the fob, nothing no PIN to input. Locking is fine hit lock enter PIN and it locks. What’s up? I uninstalled and reinstalled now it works again. Thank you.

I agree with some of the frustrations due to slow reaction of the app/multiple steps when using the remote start (1 star removed). Other than that, the app is working as advertised for me 9/10 times. I like it. Checked the Mercedes and Lexus apps with horrible ratings and the owners are giving this GM app as the “go to” example. Ha! Infinity and Acura don’t even have a remote start option in their app.. In addition, there are no customer representatives answering there. Good job GM, but don’t get complacent

I cannot start my car from the app. The app says contact support and I continuously get the run around. I deleted and reinstalled the app & I’m still having the same issue

A raíz del cambio de aplicación de OnStar a ésta, desaparecieron todas las funciones, no hay ninguna función remota para encender o apagar el auto, o mandar ubicaciones o direcciones, solamente quedaron funciones de status del auto, es decir la realidad es que no tiene utilidad alguna, pésima. I already did that, and nothing happened, ill send you the email
