What a joke that it is so cumbersome to access our own information. It shouldn’t be so hard to see what we’re being charged. We should be able to allocate our data freely among lines, we pay for it all after all. Your taxes are ridiculous. Never any appreciation for loyal customers.

Used to be able to get coverage in the Fresno foothills and Verizon’s service has dropped calls all the way up the hill for awhile now....

No too happy with Verizon right now . Changed my plan to 8 GB plan through the app . It didn't go through. Called and can't talk to a real person except through texting. He changed my plan . My App says I changed my plan and yet I don't t have any data and Im in safety mode and my phone is moving slow as molasses

I just want to pay the phone off I cannot find where I can do that in My Verizon I know how much edit if I just pay that much I don’t know if it’ll go directly to the phone that I want to pay off so what do I do modern day technology is nice but it’s also difficult for some people
