Just put me through to an actual person – My Verizon Review

No too happy with Verizon right now . Changed my plan to 8 GB plan through the app . It didn't go through. Called and can't talk to a real person except through texting. He changed my plan . My App says I changed my plan and yet I don't t have any data and Im in safety mode and my phone is moving slow as molasses
