They give you the same run around but never resolve your problem. They want you to call instead of chat so they can tell you 3 different answers and you have no proof to back up what you were told. Not happy!

What happened to the Great Verizon Red Color? Use it at least a little. App looks like a phamplet full of promos back in 1920s. This app is full of Verizon Promos about new devices, new plans, packages. Always nagging and those are the first cards you notice after you launch the app. Need a direct link to pay my bill and get out of there. It is buried in middle of these promo cards. Very annoying. Willing to change the review if I get it. Overall good app with good intentions. But I guess this is a more of a marketing tool than user convenience. Update 01/2020: Still this is a very annoying marketing app. Reduced to one star. Sorry I can not give zero stars.

I have had better service going through Metro PCS and cricket. I pay over $100 a month for the one line that I have and would give this company a 0 star review if I could. My mobile hotspot NEVER works like it should and half the time and I DON’T have service in the places I should. I went to the store and asked the guys that worked there why my service was so terrible and they couldn’t tell me why. (I Live in an area that supposedly has Multiple towers) I unfortunately got stuck with them due to the contract I have with them, but as soon as my contract is up I’m going back to my old carrier who actually use to take care of me and that I had no service issues with. (Only reason I went to Verizon in the first place is because my phone finally stopped workin, iPhone 6, and they supposedly had great service and I could get a new phone through them for cheaper than my original carrier. (Won’t make that mistake again!)

My SE5 receives 0, 1, or 2 bars at my home or surrounding area to Chippewa PA. VERY POOR RECEPTION. MISSED CALLS, DROPPED CALLS. I have neighbors and work associates who share the same experience.

Please try again later......forever. This app is some kind of purgatory for my Verizon account, it’s the next worst thing to actually having to go in the the physical Verizon store.

I’m disappointed that because I bought a new iPad and requested to remove our old tablet I am not able to change my plan this billing cycle to avoid data overage charges. I guess it doesn’t pay to buy more apple products...

I am trying to get an idea of how much data I currently use in my unlimited plan, but this information is not easily accessible. The bills are getting ridiculously high while the service is the same. I will either be changing to another day plan or leaving to another carrier
