So what happened to this so GREAT verizon app now is the worst! cant do anything besides getting wrong info! please fix this

I was on phone with 3 different reps only rep#everything going in background 2 at background thgualAckerman eunderstood, last non srep disconnected me on purpose I’m sure.. tried to call back and told after hours.. sent to digital rep.. I explained that can’t see to type need toTALK to rep.. given 800 number to TALK to rep anytime and immediately.. again no real person.. am very upset and spent well over hour... asked for manager or to speak again to rep2, rep 1 and 3had heavy Asian accents .. that was fine but neither understood request and ignored requests for manager..I have been loyal customer for over 20 years.. but after tonight am ready to turn in phones and use another carrier , will have 5 grown kids switch also and put experience on social media..2nd rep Steve understood request.. could hear laughter in background, disconnect when asked for manager or Steve back

Every time I try to change something on my account, it says can’t do that right now. I just want to add voicemail to text, but the app can’t complete the request!

I despise the current attitudes of this company. They have destroyed meaningful dialogue with customers turning them into just another tool to sell things people don’t need. If I can’t get this cost under control I will be looking for alternatives.

I was going through the analysis of optimizing my phone. It said I had duplicate files & before I could do anything the app crashed & the optimization tool was no longer available.

Everything was working great until November 2019. I cannot access Verizon up or free rewards. Everything else works. I have auto pay set up for monthly payments I have 3 credits now that I have not been able to use. I have cleared cache deleted app reinstalled called Verizon no change?????
