Why do I have to click to see how much data I have? Fix this crap. It was exactly as I needed; I open the app and my data usage was front and center. Now I get my bill information. Once a month I need to know that information. Hell, I autopay. I don’t give a Fk. I want to know my usage or I’m out. Seriously. Been with Verizon a long time; look it up. This is an idiotic decision to remove it.

VERY VERY longtime customer here. Overage charges? Retention department??? Reverse these charges and contact me personally! I attempted to reach you but found a young man, “Harry” was not his given name, trying his hardest to assist me with changes to my account. He failed miserably. I am forced to buy more data??? Let’s chat about this. I see all of your competitors are unlimited 4 lines $200.00 a month. I’ve been a faithful (ignorant) customer and I can’t afford to stay.

Due to my crappy service everywhere and No one being able to tell me why. This is why I have rated the app and basically everything Verizon 1 Star! I had better service with straight talk and only paid $100 a month verses the $260+ I pay with Verizon!

Every time I try to pay a bill, shop for a new phone, or check data usage I have conflicting messages. I’ve had to put my credit card info in the last three times I’ve paid my bill. After being a solid customer for over 15 years you would think they would have that information! When I’m looking for an upgrade, I get no discounts for long term customer loyalty. Right now my data usage at the beginning of the month says “ you have plenty of data...” and at the same time says I am in safe mode because I’ve used all my data? What am I supposed to believe?

The app has proven month after month to be unreliable for self service. When you add a data boost the app recognizes that you’ve done so, but it doesn’t show up. The CSRs you call in to complain to can see that you have added data, yet they’re powerless to do anything to actually get it loaded into your account. This company is asking customers to self service their accounts, I’m fine with that, when it works!
