Just wanted to add a couple go of data. Should be easy but not here. Here you are forced to turn off Wi-Fi and then watch a crummy commercial for pop data which I don’t want! Cmon Verizon! Keep it simple!

The past two months in a row I have had to call to make my payment. Payment on the app impossible!!! Tried again today twice and had to resort to calling.

With two numbers on the ax's the last eat update does not allow you to use the a App.
Inability to Add Funds

I haven’t been able to add funds to my balance through the payment hub since June. I found that I could add funds through the support but that stopped working. I just kept getting pop ups saying ‘Access Denied. You are not device authenticated.’. I tried logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing keeps happening. Please fix this.
Needs option to establish app with email.

on an ipad 3 cellular there needs to be an option indicated to establish the app with an email. otherwise it cannot use the phone number for an ipad 3 because that number cannot be used to text or phone to. It is an id number in the about section.
