Was not able to make a payment for a future date. Paying 3 days early and it only allowed current date as a payment.

Verizon is great, however the App is subpar compared to other apps on my phone. I do like how you can control EVERYTHING about your account from the App but it just doesn’t perform. Always freezes....too slow to load (when it does)....in general just a really bad app. Yes, I’m always on the latest update.....
A little improvement needed

I like to be able to talk to an actual person easier. It's annoying to know I need to talk to a representative and still have to go through the recorded menu.

It took me over an hour to register because it said my phone and zip code didn’t match. The chat system is nothing but a useless loop.

The setup process is too complicated just to pay a bill. Come up with another way to verify besides a PIN.
