Verizon app took too long to set up in my opinion. Local store does not cater to customers. Really bad customer service. Verizon charges WAY too much for what you get. Disappointed but locked into the plan now.

Unfortunately account security has been severely compromised through my Verizon app and I have not been able to get to the bottom of it with anybody in customer care my hope is that I can do that sometime today it has been difficult however because nobody seems to be able to see the information that I see clearly on my account somebody else is forwarding my messages to another number I’m not a familiar with

Website is difficult and service is expensive. Not a friend of the elderly. Customer service is an app or online, so basically nonexistent.
