!?,.,?!?,.,?!

Very disappointing service for the amount of money i pay a month you’d think my signal inside town would be better. You would figure buffering wouldnt exist inside city limits and or dead spots where you have no signal whatsoever. With all the money all your customers spend on your service/company our service should be optimal, and its not. I pay over $1500 a year, times 20,000,000 customers equals enough money to provide a better quality service. I bet Verizon doesnt have dropped signal in town. Might just have to go check them out, im already spending alot for one phone for one person so why not.

Horrible customer service and commintent

I have been dealing with Sprint since 02/06/18. I made a huge mistake by going to Target and upgrade my phone to I phone X. The guys who was helping me was a Tech manager at Target. I specifically asked him if I upgrade my phone will my old plan change and he said no. Well, sure it did! So I found out about it a month later. Also, that day I paid $441.61 for god knows what but i end up getting a bill for $139. My regular bill was $54+$41 for the iPhone X. So I have been dealing with sprint, getting promises from all kids of supervisors that they will fix my plan and take care of whatever fee they charged, and they have not! The only thing they changed is they put me to my old plan but I still pay $65 plus 41 + whatever kind of fee that none of the associates can explain me.

Both the app AND the website have “technical difficulties” so it’s virtually impossible to pay your bills correctly or on time. They accept payment no problem but when you need to see how much is due, they don’t allow you, so how am I supposed to know how much is due. They haven’t been sending me the bill and I’ve constantly asked them to fix this problem and they’re not doing anything about it.

I have been FORCED to change my password each time the last 5 payments. This time I was not able to change my password or make my payment using my computer so I can print out a receipt. I can not even check on my account on my computer. I would have given Sprint a minus rating if I had only been rating bill paying.

Been with sprint since 2013 if I remember correctly, for some reason my monthly payments tend to increase, instead of making it better for loyal customers! I can’t wait till I finish off paying off this phone and whatever is left in the account so I can switch to a better company! That’s why sprint gets one star and I’ll make sure people that I know that use sprint do the same, cancel and move on!

Why the heck would you allow me to start entering a new payment method if I have reached the maximum amount of credit cards that can be stored. Then I have to delete one and you don’t save my progress. Wasting my time when I am trying to pay you.
