I have had this phone for a two weeks and everyone and I would have people ask me can I call at a limit. Ghosting, echos, I know what was going and felt let down by Sprint because I wouldn’t leave a Sprint Site unto 24’s later that Site was fully burned in. I feel like Sprint iPhone 7 does not have balanced RX and output power to maintain a rock solid environment for error-free VoIP quality.

Enabled my camera only to get frustrated with the positioning which would not take a picture. I entered it manually and it took a few seconds versus when I was trying to take a picture.

I hate everything about sprint. Rude customer service in store as well as the text conversations on the app, prices that go up for no reason (and no one can seem to figure out why) service cuts out... the worst.

I was told that if I want to keep my previous phone to only pay the balance which at that time was $110.00 when I call sprint they charged me additional fees brings my total to $500.00 plus dollars. On top of hat they charged me $30.00 for doing the upgrade when I was told the only thing I would have to pay would the tax for the phone. How do you expect me to know that unless you explained it to me? The rep was not transparent and did not tell me about hidden fees they only told me the sounds good part just to make a sale. Of course when call sprint their reply is “well you signed it”. That’s wrong and trust me BBB will hear about this and so is social media. Once this is corrected never again would I do business with them.

A few weeks ago the app started closing whenever I tapped anything. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, nothing’s working. Can’t even report the issue because the app closes.. What’s happening, Sprint?

Horrible customer service time response and inconsistent agents giving wrong information. The app is slow and horrible to navigate

The price is decent… But you can’t use the Internet while you talk on the phone, and the service at the retail stores are absolutely pitiful in my area. Also the service is average at best
